PREMIUM Projects 2025-2026

We proudly present this year’s selection of innovative, challenging, and fun PREMIUM projects!

The projects for PREMIUM 2026-2027 will be announced mid-October.

  • During PREMIUM, we have a variety of diverse, challenging and exciting projects to offer!

     

    Some projects are more research-oriented while others require a more design-oriented approach. Regardless, all projects are sure to be an equally fun and educational challenge!

    This year’s PREMIUM clients are very excited to welcome you to their project team. Be sure to take a look at all project descriptions before deciding on your initial preferences, which you can indicate in the application survey.

    Once students are selected, they will get to meet all the clients during the official Kick-Off event. Based on that event, students get to hand in their final project preferences. Client as well hand in a list of students they ideally would like to have on their team. Where there is an overlap in these preferences, PREMIUM starts forming the project teams, taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of these teams.

    We really advise and encourage students to adopt a more out-of-the-box approach and dare to consider projects that might not necessarily seem related to their studies or area of expertise. PREMIUM is the perfect opportunity to expand your horizon. After almost 15 years we can safely say that most students change their initial project preferences after having met the clients, and often students use their PREMIUM project to experiment with a topic they always found interesting but would otherwise not engage with. Some students even decided to give their studies and career a complete overhaul into a new direction.

    So go into it with an open mind and dare to be surprised and challenged!
