Working with others sometimes feels natural but it is not always easy. Misunderstandings, different working styles, and conflicting priorities can get in the way of smooth collaboration. By understanding what drives team dynamics, you can improve cooperation, resolve conflicts more effectively, and thrive as both a team player and an individual.
In this workshop, you will explore the key factors that shape how teams function, and how you can contribute to building a productive and positive team environment.
Gain valuable insights and practical tools to strengthen your teamwork skills:
- Understand the personal drivers and behavioral preferences of team members;
- Recognize the stages of team development and adapt accordingly;
- Learn how team norms influence collaboration and performance;
- Discover conflict management strategies to keep your team on track.
Please note that attendance at this workshop is strictly mandatory for all PREMIUM participants.

Your Workshop Host: Ellen Schiffeleers (Barcavela)
Ellen Schiffeleers: Barcavela is a network organization consisting of advisors, trainers and coaches, who have experience in development and change processes in the Limburg profit and not-for-profit sector. Partly thanks to combining our own experiences as independent entrepreneurs, but especially because of our complementary competencies, we can mirror management & MTs, confront them strategically and present a broader perspective. We always make a link between organizational visions on the one hand and desired behavior and measurable effects on the other. We work demand-driven, have a wide range of services and, in addition to our own collective, an even larger network, because we strongly believe in the power of connecting. Moreover, we are not afraid of standing with our feet in the mud. We therefore do not stand on the sidelines, operate easily at different levels and can embed change processes in the various layers of an organization through advice, training, coaching and intervision. Ellen made a career as a business consultant and (project) manager within SMEs and government. In her training and coaching she combines her business vision with various communication and coaching methods, including NLP and systematic work.
