This interactive masterclass helps you take charge of your career development in a sustainable and intentional way. You will learn how to explore your options, set clear goals, and design a career path that works for you, now and in the long run. Gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to take your next step after graduation:

- Learn how to navigate the job market even in uncertain times;
- Discover how to balance ambition and well-being in your career choices;
- Develop a personal strategy for your next steps;
Your facilitator in this process is Adina Petre, a Clinical Psychologist and High-Performance coach with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, education, human and business development. As a long-term collaborator with UM, Adina has the experience to guide you in the process of discovering your work competencies, translating them into employable profiles and helping you design an actionable blueprint to help orient yourself in the work field, post-graduation.
Please note that this workshop is one of the electives PREMIUM offers. Attend a minimum of 3 of the elective workshops.

All “Sustainable Career Development” masterclasses will take place at EDLAB’s Tapijn Building X (except for the one on 19.05.2026 which is online). All attendees will receive a reminder email with the exact location two days before the session.

Your Workshop Host: Adina Petre (Insights)
Adina Petre: I’m a clinical psychologist with a double specialization in trauma therapy and high-performance coaching. Having had my business up and running for the past 14 years, I have gained experience in working with people and supporting them in recovering, enhancing and elevating their mental health and their capacity for high performance in their studies or their workplace. I put all my skills and knowledge into my long-standing collaboration with EDLAB because I love offering the best possible service to the students and staff who attend my workshops.
