PREMIUM Workshop: Blended Leadership: Rethinking How We Lead

  • A workshop for future-ready leaders

What does it mean to lead in today’s world, and what kind of leader do you want to become? Modern leadership is no longer about rigid hierarchies or top-down control. As organisations and teams become more diverse, dynamic, and value-driven, effective leadership demands a shift in perspective, going from control to connection, from certainty to curiosity, and from authority to authenticity.

This interactive online workshop invites PREMIUM students to explore a modern, blended approach to leadership. One that combines traditionally ‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’ traits such as clarity, empathy, resilience, and collaboration. Participants will reflect on their current approach to leadership, challenge outdated assumptions, and learn how to lead with both confidence and emotional intelligence. You’ll reflect on your own leadership style, challenge outdated assumptions, and learn how to navigate complexity with both confidence and emotional intelligence.

    • Understand the shift from traditional leadership models to modern, people-centred approaches
    • Explore how to blend different leadership traits for greater impact
    • Reflect on your current leadership style and identify growth areas
    • Learn strategies to inspire trust, foster collaboration, and handle complexity
    • Build a personal vision of the leader you want to be in your future career

Please note that this workshop is one of the electives PREMIUM offers. Attend a minimum of 3 elective workshops/masterclasses.
