PREMIUM Workshop: The Art of Effective Networking

-
We have all heard that networking is essential for career success, but how do you actually do it in a way that feels authentic, purposeful, and effective?
In this interactive workshop, Mona Shair-Wloch from key2advance will help you redefine what networking means and show you how to build meaningful professional relationships that open doors to new opportunities. You will learn to overcome common barriers, discover your natural networking style, and create a practical strategy for growing and maintaining your own career-supporting network.
Why attend? Because research shows that up to 80% of job opportunities come through personal connections, yet most people underestimate or underuse their network. This session will help you see and seize the opportunities already around you.
By the end of the workshop, you will:
- Understand what networking really is, and what it is not;
- Identify and overcome limiting beliefs that hold you back;
- Learn how to present yourself with ease and authenticity, both online and in person;
- Map your current network and create a concrete plan to expand it strategically;
- Practice tools like informational interviewing and online presence sharpening;
Please note that this workshop is one of the electives PREMIUM offers. Attend a minimum of 3 of the elective workshops.
Available Sessions:
- Monday 13.04.2026, 14:00-17:00 hrs;
