Your Workshop Host: Barbara Kuiters
Barbara Kuiters is a psychologist, but in addition to her work in practice, she is also regularly hired to provide training, education and courses throughout the country. After completing her scientific studies, she specialized and certified in Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion and Mindfulness. Her mission is to make mental health care accessible, with the result of supporting personal development, strengthening health and increasing well-being.
In addition to scientific substantiation and theory, Barbara’s offer has a great focus on actual practice. Just fully understanding the theory is not the same as experiencing the content. The translation from theory to behavior is where sustainable behavioral change takes place. That is why the effects of her education, training and coaching trajectories reach further than usual.
