PREMIUM Project 2026-2027: Stryker
Develop a practical, research-backed change and adoption framework to help Stryker embed AI and digital technologies into its supply chain operations, building employee trust, readiness and sustained adoption while enabling responsible and scalable transformation.

The Project:
How can a global MedTech company make AI adoption truly human-centred, practical and scalable?
Stryker is a global medical technology company committed to making healthcare better. Within our supply chain operations, we are working on several digital and AI-enabled initiatives, from automation and intelligent document understanding to learning platforms and AI-assisted workflows. The challenge is no longer only whether the technology works, but how people understand it, trust it, adopt it, and use it sustainably in daily operations.
We invite a PREMIUM student team to develop a science- and business-backed change and adoption blueprint for AI and technology adoption in supply chain operations.
The team could combine academic research, interviews, surveys, benchmarking and co-creation workshops to identify what enables successful adoption, what barriers employees experience, and which practical interventions help teams move from awareness to confident usage.
The expected outcome is a practical framework, toolkit and implementation strategy that can be adapted across future digital projects.
Students will work on a real transformation topic with access to business context, committed stakeholders and regular feedback from Stryker. They will gain exposure to supply chain operations, AI adoption, change management, organisational behaviour and the people side of technology transformation in an international MedTech environment.
