For many students, the meetings in the honours programme, either as a team or with their client, are among their first experiences of meetings in a professional setting. Organising and participating in effective meetings is a skill, one that students often still need to learn.

As a PREMIUM coach or mentor, or Honours+ supervisor, you can play an important role in helping them develop that skill. By helping students get the basics right from the start, you can prevent a lot of wasted time, unclear expectations, and confusion.

In this practical and interactive workshop, you will learn how to guide student teams in organising professional and result-oriented meetings with their clients and team members: from getting everyone around the table and setting a clear purpose, to making agreements explicit and ensuring that everyone leaves with the same understanding of what happens next.

You will leave with practical tools, checklists, and formats that you can immediately use with your student teams. And chances are, you will pick up a few ideas to make your own meetings more effective as well!
